In the last 25 sessions the US stock market is climbing to new records but the rest of the world is suffering losses with the exemption of Japan which is neutral. The strong dollar has pushed emerging markets down and the prospect of a US that might embrace protectionism has raised global anxiety and caused a Risk Off trade. That picture is troubling.
