DomiStock has hedged out each and every US sector ETF, including SPY. On the DomiStock Portfolio Weightings Exploration table we see the maximum weight and the maximum hedge a security included in a portfolio may have. Five out of ten US sector ETFs get a 100% max hedge value, meaning that DomiStock thinks that if they are included in a trader’s portfolio they should be almost neutralized. SPY gets a 60% maximum participation weight and a 50% max hedge value. That means that DomiStock would hold SPY in its portfolio but would hedge out 50% of that position.
